Iss dil main magar teri mohabbat bhi bohat thi,
Manzil se zara pehle hi woh chorr geya tha
Kam hausla rahi tha, musafat bhi bohat thi,
Kuch umar bhi aesi thi ke hum jhail na paye
Kuch dard anokha tha to shiddat bhi bohat thi,
Do chaar gharri dil main woh mehmaan raha tha,
Lamhon ki sahi, mujh ko yeh mohlat bhi bohat thi,
Us ko bhi bicharrne ka bohat ranjj hua hai
Mere liye us ki yeh wazaahat bhi bohat thi.
